Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs) are specifically designed for mid-career individuals seeking to embark on a new professional journey by acquiring new skills and transitioning into industries or roles with promising prospects and ample opportunities for career advancement. These programmes facilitate a smooth skills conversion process, enabling individuals to successfully transition into new jobs or sectors and chart a rewarding career path.

Career Conversion Programme(CCP) for SME Executives

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) not only supports mid-career individuals but also assists small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in adapting to the business landscape by acquiring essential foundational skills in areas such as human resource management, finance, administration, sales, and marketing. Moreover, for professionals, managers, executives, and technicians (PMETs) transitioning from non-SME environments to SMEs, the CCP facilitates adjustment to SME-standard operating procedures, processes, and working conditions, which often involve multitasking and assuming broader responsibilities.

About this programme

The programmes provide the necessary foundational skills across areas like human resources, finance, admin and operations, sales and marketing.

Salary Support to Employer:

Standard Rate

Up to 70% of monthly salary for CCP training duration (capped at $4,000 per month)

Enhanced Rate

Up to 90% of monthly salary for CCP training duration (capped at $6,000 per month)

For Singapore Citizen (SC) and Permanent Resident (PR) trainees who are unemployed and actively seeking employment for six months or more, and/or SC and PR trainees aged 40 years and above in the year of commencement of the CCP.

* Employers must commit to working with WSG and the appointed programme manager on necessary administrative matters related to the CCP.
